You Can Buy this Whimsical Floating House

…but it’ll cost you! With an asking price of $450,000. Worth it if you can afford it, I guess.

But the point for me is to show you just how much you can do with such a small amount of space and a lot of creativity.

I’d so much rather have a 740 sq. ft. home like this, on a normal foundation or on a floating one, than any cookie cutter 1200 sq. ft. counterpart. Wouldn’t you? (sorry… dumb question, I know..)

I couldn’t imagine getting to live in a tiny home right on the water. Not sure about you but I love being by the sea. And living with direct view and access to it would literally be a dream come true for me (I’m sure I’m not the only one here, haha).

Living Tiny on the Water?

Have you ever seriously considered living tiny on the water? I like the idea of building tiny on or near the ocean. Or at least a lake. But for me the sea is where it’s at. I love saltwater, being around it, swimming in it and smelling it in the air. How about you? Where is your dream tiny home located?

What are your thoughts on living in a floating home? I’ve always liked being near the water so I think I’d enjoy it a lot.

I’d do it near a city though that way I can just hop on my bicycle or just walk to get around town. How about you?
