This Salal Pod 302 sq. ft. tiny house design by Green Pod Development starts at $60,000 which is crazy overpriced but I still felt I should share the design as it’s pretty cool. The floor plan doesn’t show a bedroom so most likely you’d want to create a loft space upstairs.
Or you can have a sofa bed or murphy bed if you want to avoid climbing up and down a ladder or staircase to sleep or to go down to get to the bathroom.
If you go to their site you’ll find that they have a good amount of other small house designs starting at 302 sq. ft. all the way up to 744 sq. ft. so I encourage you to check those out for ideas, etc.
