It’s a great way to create another bedroom literally out of thin air without having to move!

Good idea, however not suitable for a hot climate. Remember physics, hot air is always getting up and it may get sticky for sleeping. A murphy bed down below is better for me.
I just moved into a 460sf loft apartment, and yes, it’s hotter upstairs. Love it, though!
