As an April Fool’s joke, the Mini team apparently wanted to have some fun by proposing a Mini Cooper camper of some kind. So they prepared one vehicle called the MINI Cowley caravan as an April Fool’s joke. But they took it camping to put it to the test. They received great feedback from Mini owners and enthusiasts and so the idea has become a little bit more serious.
By now the Mini design team has proposed three concepts for camping with your MINI Cooper. The kits transform the Clubman, for example, into a camper that can take you out for a weekend off the grid or on the campground.
