You’re looking at a 190 square foot writer’s cabin and boat house. Hence the name, Writer’s Block I. Can’t write once you get here? Then you could probably use a canoe ride for inspiration. (See the photo below).
Outside you’ve got your built in canoe storage. Inside there’s a fabulous workspace with shelving and there’s certainly room for a bed if you want to stay or nap.
Passive heating and cooling were in mind when designing this cabin which is why you can adjust the awnings and open the windows to meet your needs (and to improve your view).
