It’s amazing what they did to this old boathouse. The renovation made a world of difference as you saw in the pictures above. And it’s a 220 square foot boathouse that’s around 40-50 years old.
“We ended up gutting the entire structure, replaced some of studs that had water damage, had the electric and pluming redone, and installed pine tongue and grove boards on the walls and ceilings.” (source)
