Hello –
This is a 8×20 Martin House To Go, which was created after Hurricane Katrina, for those who lost homes. It needs minor repairs, and we are asking $10,000 for it.
It includes: Bamboo flooring, pine bead board throughout, shower, camper’s toilet, stove, refrigerator, sink, window unit, hot water heater, and sleeping loft. I tried to include pictures of everything. It has minor water damage on the floor next to door, and some minor damage to the exterior of house. The front door also needs to be replaced.
Originally purchased for $37,000.

Located in Canton, Mississippi (just north of the capitol)

Thank you so much!

This could be a great starting point for someone. Even with the repairs this is a good price for what’s done here. You could put your own refinished finishing touches on your own tiny home. Good enough like it is to live in while you work on it, make it your own. Cool.
This seems like a great price, but not knowing how it was built, it seems like it might be too much of a risk. (Why is it falling apart already?)Are there brakes on the wheels? It’s in the south, how much insulation is there? Is the floor insulated, metal sheathed? I would replace the water heater with an on-demand type to reclaim that wasted under counter space. There is no closet or clothes storage? I would build a closet where chair is now, and build in a seating area across from kitchen with storage underneath. Is there room for a twin bed (with storage underneath) next to bathroom?
