Even if it weren’t your only home. If it was something extra in your backyard for guests. But you can do so much more.

I lived in Key West for 12 yrs including on houseboat row. It’s the king of tiny houses as that is all any can afford.
This one on a 50×50′ piece of land would go round $250k !!!! You don’t want to know what a regular size home their costs.
Thus why many of the workers here live on boats both at dock and many more anchored offshore.
Islamorada is 90 miles from Key West !!!
